Consultancy and Advisory Services

Due to the nature of professional services, fees paid for completed consultancy sessions, workshops, audits, and advisory services are generally non-refundable.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule booked sessions with at least 48 hours' notice.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled session may be subject to the full session fee.

Training and Workshops

For training programmes and workshops, cancellation terms will be specified within the proposal or service agreement. Refund eligibility will depend on the stage of delivery and any costs already incurred.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Requests for refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and at the sole discretion of Stratify Advisory.
